GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Our hotel is open Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Outside these hours, you can reach us at +33 (0)4 50 98 01 00.

Use of the room:

Rooms are available to guests from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case of late arrival, you must contact us during reception opening hours.

Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Any delay will be charged at €10 per hour. If the delay exceeds 3 hours, an additional night will be charged.

Reservation conditions:

The hotel accepts payment by credit card, mail order, American Express, and cash.

All reservations can only be guaranteed with a name, telephone number, credit card number, and after pre-authorization.

The hotel requires payment upon arrival for the amount of the reservation (room and tourist tax). All other charges must be paid upon departure from the hotel.

In the event of unpaid extras, undeclared charges, or failure to comply with the hotel rules, the hotel will charge the credit card number provided as a guarantee.

Rates:

Rates are in Euros and VAT is always included.

Tourist tax is not included in the booking price and is set by the local authority.

Rates are per room, for the number of people indicated. If the number of people does not correspond to the booking, the room price will be re-evaluated.

Cancellation:

Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Any guaranteed reservation not canceled 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night.

Deposit payment:

For all reservations made for February and March, we require a deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount. The reservation will only be confirmed once this deposit has been received.

Pre-authorization:

To guarantee a reservation, you will be asked for a valid credit card number and its expiration date. The amount corresponding to the total cost of the stay will be pre-authorized 48 hours before arrival, i.e., on the cancellation deadline date (the amount of the reservation will be blocked and released on the day of departure if all charges have been paid).

Pre-authorization is also carried out for reservations made on our website or on Booking.com.

Force majeure:

In the event of unforeseeable and insurmountable circumstances beyond our control, the hotelier may be released from its obligations.

Internal rules and regulations of the establishment :

Out of respect for our customers, we kindly ask you to comply with the following rules.

The room must be occupied in accordance with the booking conditions:

  • Single room: for one person
  • Double or twin room: for two people
  • Triple room: for three people
  • Quadruple room: for four people

If the number of people in the room does not correspond to the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to reevaluate the price of the room or to ask the customer to leave the establishment without compensation or refund if the room has already been paid for.

In the event of noise disturbances that disrupt the stay of other customers, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the customer's stay.

In the event of damage or deliberate damage to the room, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of restoring the room to its original condition (repairs, cleaning).

We remind you that, as a public place, all areas of the hotel are entirely non-smoking. Smoking in a communal area outside the designated smoking area is punishable by a fine of up to €450.

In the event of loss of the room key or failure to return the key on departure, we will request financial compensation.

If the use of the room or the behavior of the guest is contrary to the establishment's rules, the hotelier reserves the right to ask them to leave the establishment without compensation and without refund if the room has already been paid for.

The person responsible for the reservation assumes full responsibility for the group.

These terms and conditions of sale are applicable from January 1, 2022, and for all individual reservations.
